Last weekend in Somerville was absolutely beautiful–the gorgeous weather, some great food and the art at Somerville Open Studios combined to make it just about perfect. We spent a lot of time outside wandering around the city visiting studios, dining at some of our favorite Somerville restaurants and spending time with friends.
We visited Patsy’s Pastry Shop (which sadly closed Monday), the Somerville Museum, Hub Comics, Bloc 11, Loyal Supply Co., Fringe Union, Dancing Water Studios, The Collector, Cuisine en Locale, the Arts at the Armory, Mad Oyster Studios, Spoke Wine Bar, the Nave Gallery, Diesel Cafe, the Nave Gallery Annex, First Church Somerville UCC, the Museum of Modern Renaissance and Muskat Studios. I snapped a lot of photos along the way, which you can see below. And we’d love to hear about your Somerville Open Studios experience. Leave a comment to let us know your favorite part of the weekend!
