Seasonal Sips: Paris 75

Meaghan Sinclair and Harmony Dawn, the women behind Booze Époque, a Somerville-based boutique cocktail company, are all about handcrafting beautiful and delicious drinks for their clients. And each month they write a seasonally appropriate recipe for Beat readers.

Paris 75 InsideDecember’s recipe combines cognac, bubbles and lavender to create a New Year’s Eve cocktail that will get you ready to ring in 2014 with a bang!

Paris 75

1 ounce cognac
1 ounce honey syrup
¾ ounce orange juice
6 drops lavender bitters
3 ounces bubbly
Lavender leaf garnish

Shake dry. Pour over ice. Add bubbles. Garnish with fresh lavender leaf.
