January is a time for new beginnings, a chance to reset after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. If you’re like many people, you may have some resolutions you’re trying hard to make stick. So this month, Booze Époque is giving your liver a break with a non-alcoholic recipe that should brighten up any gloomy winter day.
1/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt
¼ cup organic pineapple juice
¼ cup raw coconut water
½ cup baby spinach
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup ice
Blend on high for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth.
(If you feel like jumping off the wagon, add 1½ ounces of blanco tequila.)
