September’s cocktail, Service with a Snarl, is bitter and earthy and a little crisp. Basically, it’s perfect for a New England fall day.
Service with a Snarl
1.5 ounces bourbon
¼ ounce Aperol
¼ ounce Art In The Age Root
½ ounce Bonal
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 ounces Fever Tree Bitter Lemon Soda
Shake over ice. Strain and top with 2 ounces Fever Tree Bitter Lemon Soda.
