Weekend 10.18-10.20: Harvest Fest, Tour de Somerville & SomerStreets

As I’ve mentioned before, in addition to writing the Beat, I’m on the board of Somerville Local First. This Saturday is our big annual fundraiser, Harvest Fest, and it’s going to be an amazing day celebrating all things local (Massachusetts craft beer, food from Somerville restaurants, rocking bands) that will help the organization continue to build a strong local economy throughout the year. We’ve still got some tickets left, so get yours now to partake in this awesome event. I hope to see you there!

It’s Food Week in Somerville from now through October 24, with events and restaurant specials every day. You can see the full calendar here.
