Backyard Beautiful: Photos from the Somerville Garden Club Tour

The late spring weather has been anything but predictable. Luckily it cooperated on Sunday, June 9 for the Somerville Garden Club Tour. The day was sunny and warm, perfect for a stroll around town with stops at some of the city’s most beautiful yards.

I visited several of the gardens on the tour and enjoyed each one very much. They were all so different from each other, showcasing the diversity that makes Somerville such a wonderful place to live. In addition to viewing the stunning yards, I got to meet the friendly gardeners who tend them. Below you’ll find photos that I snapped during the tour.
